Mail Order Drugs is an online medicine ordering service operated by PFS Israel Corp. We are not a pharmacy ourselves: we take your order and your prescription, and licensed pharmacies we work with dispense and ship the medicine to you.

You can search the full catalogue and see the price of a medicine before you order anything or create an account. Clinical content on the site is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist.

For any prescription-only medicine, yes. Each product page says clearly whether a prescription is required.

If you already have a valid prescription from your own doctor, you can send it to us. If you do not have one, you can request a consultation through this site, and a prescriber decides independently whether a prescription is appropriate. Over-the-counter items and supplements do not need a prescription.

The illustrations on this site are our own drawings of the general form of a medicine, such as a pen, a blister pack or a tube, not photographs of the exact box you will receive. We do this deliberately rather than use manufacturer product photography.

Medicine sourced internationally also arrives in that country's packaging. The carton, the leaflet language and the tablet's colour or shape can differ from the version sold in the United States. The active ingredient, the strength and the manufacturer's quality standards are what matter, and those are stated on every product page. If anything about what arrives does not match what you ordered, contact us before taking it.

The price you see for a medicine is our own price for that specific pack, shown in full before you order. Where we show a per-month figure, it is the pack price divided across the days that pack covers.

The comparison figure, the "typical US price", is not live pricing. It comes from published reference prices such as TrumpRx.gov and GoodRx, checked manually per product and recorded with the source and the date it was checked. That date is shown alongside the comparison so you can see how current it is.

Published reference prices move, and what you personally pay locally depends on your insurance, your plan's deductible and any coupon you use. Treat the comparison as a sourced reference point, not a promise about your own out-of-pocket cost. Products where we have not sourced a reference price simply show no comparison rather than an invented one.

No. Orders are paid for directly and we do not bill insurance plans, and we are not part of any pharmacy benefit network.

Some plans reimburse out-of-network or international pharmacy purchases after the fact. We can provide an itemised receipt showing the medicine, strength, quantity and price, which is usually what a plan asks for, but whether it is reimbursed is between you and your insurer.

Once the prescription is verified and the order is dispensed, international shipping typically takes one to three weeks depending on the destination and its customs authority. Every order ships tracked and you get the tracking number the day it leaves.

The clock starts at dispatch, not at the moment you place the order. A prescription that needs clarification, or a medicine waiting on stock, adds time before dispatch. Order refills with time to spare rather than at the last dose.
