Accessibility statement

PFS Israel Corp wants mailorderdrugs.com to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech input or other assistive technology. Ordering medicine should not depend on being able to use a mouse or see fine detail.

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The site is currently partially conformant: most of the site meets that standard, and the known exceptions are listed below. This statement applies to all public pages of mailorderdrugs.com. The administrative area is an internal tool and is not covered.

• Semantic HTML with labelled form fields, so assistive technology can interpret each page and form correctly.
• Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and interface colours checked against WCAG contrast minimums, and no use of colour alone to convey meaning.
• Text alternatives for images and for the illustrations used in place of product photography.
• Layouts that reflow to small screens and to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
• Accessibility checks as part of the build process, not only after release.

We know about the following and are working on them. If you hit one of these, contact us and we will complete your order with you directly.

• Some product data comes from a supplier catalogue, so a small number of medicine names and pack descriptions are inconsistently capitalised or abbreviated.
• The pack comparison table on a product page is dense; on very small screens it is easier to use than to skim.
• Uploaded prescription images cannot carry a meaningful text alternative, because their contents are supplied by you.
• This statement has not yet been supported by a formal third-party audit. One is planned before public launch.

The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, combined with the screen reader built into that platform. Older browsers may work but are not tested.

If any part of this site prevents you from finding or ordering a medicine, tell us through our contact page. It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within five working days and to give you a timeframe, or an alternative way to place the order in the meantime.
