Privacy policy

This policy applies to mailorderdrugs.com, operated by PFS Israel Corp (1415 Queen Anne Rd, Ste 104, Teaneck NJ 07666). It covers information collected when you browse the site, create an account, place an order, send us a prescription, or take part in a consultation offered through the site. It does not cover other websites we link to, or the separate privacy practices of the dispensing pharmacies, prescribers and couriers we work with.

Information you give us.

• Account details: name, email address, password, delivery and billing address, phone number.
• Order details: the items you order, the payment reference returned by our payment processor, and courier tracking data.
• Health information you supply for a prescription order or a consultation: your prescription, prescriber details, allergies, current medicines and relevant medical history.
• Anything you write to us through the contact form or by email.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and search terms entered on the site. Search terms are recorded without any identifier attached and are used to decide which medicines to stock next.

What we do not collect. We do not store full card numbers; payment card details go directly to our payment processor. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

• To verify a prescription and have your order dispensed.
• To take payment, ship your order and give you tracking information.
• To answer your questions and handle problems or refunds.
• To meet legal, pharmacy record-keeping and customs obligations.
• To keep the site secure, and to understand in aggregate what visitors search for so we can extend the catalogue.

Health information you provide for a prescription or a consultation is held separately from ordinary account data, with restricted staff access, encryption in transit and at rest, and a record of who has viewed it. Access is limited to the pharmacist, the prescriber and the support staff who need it to complete your order. We never use health information for marketing, and we never sell it.

We share only the minimum needed, and only with:

• The dispensing pharmacy, supervising pharmacist and, for a consultation, the reviewing prescriber.
• Couriers and customs authorities, to deliver your order lawfully.
• Our payment processor, to take payment and prevent fraud.
• Service providers who host and operate the site, under contract and only on our instructions.
• Regulators or law enforcement, where disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell personal or health information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We serve customers across borders, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own, including by pharmacy and courier partners abroad. Where that happens we use contractual and technical safeguards intended to keep protection consistent with this policy.

• Prescription and dispensing records: kept for the period pharmacy record-keeping rules require, generally at least seven years.
• Account and order records: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, accounting and dispute handling.
• Contact messages: kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• Search terms and site analytics: kept without any identifier and used only in aggregate.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular review of who can reach stored data. No system is perfectly secure, so we also monitor for unusual activity and will notify you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep. Note that dispensing records must be retained for the periods above.
• Provide a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Stop sending you marketing email, at any time.

We answer requests within 30 days and will not treat you differently for making one. If you believe we have handled your information incorrectly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and orders may only be placed by someone at least 18 years old.

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and material changes will be announced on the site.
