About Eucrisa
Overview
Eucrisa is an ointment containing crisaborole for use on the skin. It treats mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in adults and children aged 3 months and older. Crisaborole blocks an enzyme called PDE-4, increasing a substance called cAMP inside cells, although exactly how this helps treat atopic dermatitis is not well understood.

Side effects
The most common side effect of Eucrisa is pain where the ointment is applied. Allergic reactions can occur. If you develop signs or symptoms of an allergic reaction, stop using Eucrisa immediately and contact a doctor for appropriate treatment.
